Inverpoint started as a solution to the business and firm owners' problems found when they want to leave their investments as well as the difficulty of selection, evaluation and buying for the people interested in purchasing a firm or a business.
Can you imagine how many businesses close down and open in the streets of your town? Can you remember reading or listening to news about the sale or purchase of any firm?
The origin of Inverpoint goes back when Bartolomé Calle, entrepreneur with extensive experience in the world of businesses and franchises, wanted to sell his company. That is the point when somebody is suddenly alone facing the necessity to set a price, to look for a buyer and cope with banks, lawyers, and interested parties until the closing transaction. The difficulty, the ignorance in relation to some transactions, and the lack of time due to the obligation of carrying on with the daily work, made him look for advising.
In 2006, this experience together with the knowledge incorporated during the years inspired him to create a small office to help businessmen who want to cut themselves off from their own businesses and businessmen who would rather like to join to a going concern, and who can count on people who make it easier and solve the problems.
